Terms of Service

By accessing or using G7Cloud's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
2. Description of Service
G7Cloud provides managed web hosting services including WordPress hosting, WooCommerce hosting, app hosting, and related services. Our services include but are not limited to server provisioning, ScaleShield protection, automated backups, managed updates, and technical support.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. G7Cloud will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: distributing malware, sending spam, hosting phishing sites, cryptocurrency mining, and any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. Service Level Agreement
G7Cloud guarantees 99.99% uptime for all hosting services. If we fail to meet this commitment, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations and will be communicated in advance.
6. Billing and Payments
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export your data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
G7Cloud's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
